  • You agree to assess your own physical fitness and capabilities
  • You understand that BeachFit LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during events
  • You agree to follow all safety guidelines and local regulations
  • You release BeachFit LLC from any liability related to event participation

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant BeachFit LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the Service.

The BeachFit name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BeachFit LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

  • Contains viruses or malicious code
